LITE COOL, with its efficient and controlled airflow, will reduce PCB temperature to the target value.
The solution can embed a thermal sensor to ensure that each PCB advances to the next process step only when the target temperature has been reached. The temperature value can be monitored and shared with the FIS/MES using our [SMARTBOX]
data exchange module.
