The singulation of PCB boards is carried out using a laser source, allowing for work with hybrid PCBs (FPCB, rigid-flex PCB). This ensures superior stress-free cutting compared to contact-type routers (100um -> less than 30um), and enables cutting of PCBs with complex shapes. Additionally, it minimizes particles thanks to non-contact cutting.
